I have a question for you: Do you know of any plans on the long-term horizon that would create a Route 1-style, limited-access highway connecting Dover to Salisbury and providing expedited access from Wilmington to the lower shore? I drive Route 1 on the way to Salisbury and I'm curious if that is under discussion in any serious way.
